For example, we know how to limit malfunctions, how to make carrying out maintenance and management easier, and how to reduce operational costs. We have also accumulated extensive knowhow in construction management.

Through our K-VaCS service, using our experience in thermal power plant construction, we have been offering consulting services to power plant owners and financial institutions regarding the construction of new biomass power plants. We provide a range of services to meet client needs in every step of the process, including the creation of basic construction plans, management of construction processes and quality, operation and maintenance support once the plant is up and running, and repowering of worn-out equipment.

Our services for power plant owners include Quality Control, through which we ensure that technical specifications and application review documents created by EPC companies don’t clash with the basic construction plan; and Inter-company Coordination, through which we assess each construction company’s processes and ensure smooth construction from start to finish. We also collect, manage, and report information on construction progress through Construction Progress Management, and carry out safety patrols and check trial operation data through Site Safety and Quality Management.

For financial institutions, we assess the potential financial soundness of power generation projects, while also extracting their hidden risks and providing solutions to them. We offer services in each stage of the project: from inception until financial close, from the start of construction until completion, and following the start of operations.
